Try first

Every computer gets a free 24-hour trial with every tool unlocked, so you can make sure EditBox Studio works on your setup before you pay.

When we refund

If EditBox Studio doesn’t work on your computer and we can’t fix it, we refund you in full. Write to support@editboxstudio.com within 7 days of your purchase with your device code and a short description of the problem.

Accidental double purchases are refunded in full.

When we don’t

Because the trial lets you test everything first, we don’t refund a plan that works as described, after 7 days, or when the licence key was shared.

How refunds are paid

Card orders are refunded by our Merchant of Record, Creem, to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. InstaPay and wallet orders are refunded to the account you paid from. The licence is cancelled when the refund is issued.

Cancelling a plan

Time-based plans simply end at the end of their period. If your plan renews automatically, you can cancel the renewal at any time from the link in your receipt or by writing to us; you keep access until the period ends.
